Roadmap

Updated November 2026

Milestones in the order we intend to reach them. We publish stages rather than fixed dates: we would rather ship correct than ship on schedule, and a date that moves says less than a milestone that is done. Progress is recorded in the development feed, and per-capability status lives on the product page.

  1. Now

    Tax

Tax is the area being built now.

    • Rates and registrations the provider enters
    • Several named taxes on one line
    • Prices that include tax
    • Re-quoting unpaid proformas
    • A tax report
  2. Next

REST API, staff accounts and permissions

The REST API, and staff accounts with permissions granted per staff member.

    • REST API
    • Permissions per staff member rather than one admin switch
    • A fresh login before sensitive actions
    • Refusing when authority is unclear
  3. Then

    Admin and client screens

One modern interface for staff and clients, built around the jobs staff do most, plus client messaging.

    • Staff and client screens
    • Invoice, reminder and notice emails from templates
    • Delivery of each email recorded
  4. Then

    Migration from WHMCS

Import an existing WHMCS install into Ledgeron, reconciled to the cent.

    • WHMCS 7.10 and 8.x
    • Reconciled to the cent
  5. Then

    Internal beta at GOZEN HOST

Ledgeron runs alongside GOZEN HOST's existing system, matched to the cent, before any live account moves.

    • Runs alongside the existing system
    • Matched to the cent
    • Live payment tests
    • No live account moves before then
  6. 2027

    Controlled early access

Selected hosting providers from the early-access programme evaluate and pilot Ledgeron on their own infrastructure.

    • Selected providers from registered interest
    • Structured feedback and pilots
  7. Later

    General availability

Open availability once installation, upgrades and migration are hardened.

    • Production installer
    • Upgrade lifecycle
    • Migration hardened

Order can change when what we learn in one stage changes the next. Nothing on this page is a commitment to deliver a feature by a date, and nothing listed under a future milestone should be read as available today.

Help shape Ledgeron before general availability.

We are building Ledgeron first for real hosting operations at GOZEN, then expanding into controlled early access. Hosting providers interested in evaluating the platform, giving structured feedback or following development can register interest now.
