These terms cover the website at getledgeron.com, operated by GOZEN HOST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Dover, Delaware, USA. Use of the Ledgeron application itself will be governed by a separate agreement provided to early-access participants.

Content on this site describes a product under active development. It is provided for information only and does not constitute a commitment to deliver any feature by any date, an offer of service, or pricing.

Early access

Registering for early access does not create an obligation on either side. We review registrations at our discretion and may close or change the programme at any time. Participation details, including any terms of service, are agreed separately before access is granted.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse this site or its forms. That includes automated submission, probing and attempts to disrupt service. We rate limit and block abusive traffic.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GOZEN HOST LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
